ClubJoy Dance Party is a 45-minute group workout that puts the party feeling first. While dancing, you burn calories and work on a fitter body. You learn different moves and combinations that are easily built up. In no time, everyone will feel like a star on the dance floor. During the class you dance from one dance style to another at your own level. Cool hip-hop moves, fast house dance steps, Latin vibes or rock 'n roll show elements, you will encounter it all during a ClubJoy Dance Party workout. In short: a very varied, dynamic class full of great moves, challenging you and making you sweat.

ClubJoy Dance Party is suitable for those who love to to dance their way through life and want to work on getting fit. Of course you will be challenged, but to what extend is entirely up to you. The coach will keep motivating you to give your best every time you attend. ClubJoy Dance Party is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. In this dance workout you hit the dance floor together, have fun and work on a stronger and fitter body - barely noticing you're working out!
What does a ClubJoy Dance Party class look like?
As soon as you hear the music, your feet will start to move while you throw your arms up in the air. You'll start with a feel-good warm up before dancing your way from one style to another. Stylish street moves and intense house dancing are followed up by a challenging show dance and fast drum-n-bass steps. You'll then finish up the lesson with a surprise dance style, with a quarterly changing theme. A short recovery period provides a nice end to the lesson, before you leave the dance floor, tired but satisfied. You'll lose track of time while dancing away to your heart’s content, and before you know it, it's already time to go home.
ClubJoy Dance Party is part of the ClubJoy SPECIALS package
ClubJoy SPECIALS consists of seven programmes. ClubJoy NRG, ClubJoy Dance Party, ClubJoy Battle have a workout duration of 45 minutes. ClubJoy Booty, ClubJoy Step, ClubJoy Hiit Barbell and ClubJoy Pilates have a workout duration of 30 minutes. The programmes can be combined to achieve a one-hour workout (mix and match) or the ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes can be offered separately as workouts.
ClubJoy SPECIALS is a complete package, offering clubs and instructors a high degree of flexibility. The ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes can also be taken separately.
