ClubJoy Step is a fun and challenging workout that uses a step (a height-adjustable bench). This programme offers quick results thanks to its high fat-burning rate. You work on improving your heart and lung condition and strengthening your legs and buttocks. This is not surprising, as during a ClubJoy Step class you are constantly stepping on and off the step. In addition, there is plenty of room to work on improving your coordination and upper body strength. You will do all this, while being carried away by the motivating music and inspiring coach.
Is ClubJoy Step right for me?
ClubJoy Step is suitable for everyone who wants to work on a strong and fit body. Thanks to the step, the buttocks and leg muscles are being put to work. A ClubJoy Step work-out is easily accessible thanks to the variety of offered levels. Because of this, everyone can participate and experience success. You work on your own goals. Challenge yourself and take that step towards improving your fitness and body shape.
What does a ClubJoy Step class look like?
Different music styles alternate at a quick pace. The exercises are structured so that they are easy to follow. During the warm-up, you learn how to move safely with the step as an instrument. Once you are used to it and fully warmed up, the combinations of arm and leg movements will provide a coordinative challenge. A few quick movements and jumping techniques will raise your heart rate quickly. Your buttocks and leg muscles are on fire and sweat runs down your face. The coach will motivates you to train at your own level and will keep you smiling throughout. You will leave the class full of new energy and with a wonderful burn in your legs and buttocks.
ClubJoy Step is part of the ClubJoy SPECIALS package
ClubJoy SPECIALS consist of nine programs, presented in 30-minute formats. The programmes can be combined to form an hour long workout. (Mix and match). The ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes can also be offered separately, as half-hour workouts.
ClubJoy SPECIALS is a complete package, offering clubs and instructors a high degree of flexibility. The ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes cannot be purchased separately.
