ClubJoy SPECIALS consists of seven programmes. ClubJoy NRG, ClubJoy Dance Party, ClubJoy Battle have a workout duration of 45 minutes. ClubJoy Booty, ClubJoy Step, ClubJoy Hiit Barbell and ClubJoy Pilates have a workout duration of 30 minutes. The programmes can be combined to achieve a one-hour workout (mix and match) or the ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes can be offered separately as workouts.
ClubJoy SPECIALS is a complete package, offering clubs and instructors a high degree of flexibility. The ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes can also be taken separately.
ClubJoy Pilates is a 30-minute workout. An accessible workout to great music, where posture, body awareness and breath are key. In a series of physical exercises linked to the breath, you work on your posture, coordination, strength, stability and flexibility. It is the core training that can be seen as the basis for all other forms of movement. ClubJoy Pilates is low-threshold and places great emphasis on performing the exercises effectively and safely. Ideal if you want to increase your body awareness.
ClubJoy Booty is a 30-minute group class where you work on shaping your buttocks and legs with a variety of exercises to music. You will use different materials, such as loose plates, a resistance band and a mat. In this way, the lower part of your body is challenged throughout the class and you can keep stimulating your body every quarter.
ClubJoy Battle is an amazing 45-minute martial arts workout to contrasting music. Techniques from various martial arts, such as karate, kickboxing, kung fu and capoeira, take you through the ultimate fight experience. Dynamic kicking and punching techniques are alternated with heart-rate-raising elements and muscle-strengthening exercises for the legs in particular. You are both physically and mentally engaged.
ClubJoy HIIT BARBELL
ClubJoy HIIT Barbell is a high intensity interval training of 30 minutes using barbells. You'll be challenged to push yourself just slightly further, every time. ClubJoy HIIT Barbell’s main focus is on compound exercises which engage several muscle groups simultaneously. The short sessions of high-intensity interval training make for a fantastic full-body workout. Your favourite instructor will coach and motivate you, to push yourself to the limit.
ClubJoy NRG is a challenging 45-minute high-intensity interval workout. Endurance and strength are key here. Your fitness will be put to the test. Various options are offered during the class, so you can train at your own level.
ClubJoy DANCE PARTY
ClubJoy Dance Party is a 45-minute group workout that lets you have fun while burning calories. You will learn different moves and combinations that are easily built up, giving everyone a chance to master them. During class, you will dance from one dance style to another, such as urban, house, Latin and show, at your own level and in your own way. ClubJoy Dance Party is therefore a dynamic class full of delicious and cool moves, where we don't forget to make you sweat!
ClubJoy Step is a fun and challenging 30-minute workout where you use a height-adjustable bench (a step) to get on and off. You can get fast results with this programme thanks to its high fat-burning rate. You work on the condition of your heart and lungs and strengthen your buttocks and legs. Logical if you know that you regularly step on and off the step every class. In addition, there is plenty of room to work on your coordination and upper body strength. Correct your entire figure and work on your fitness, while being inspired by the motivating music and inspiring coach.
