As a package, ClubJoy SPECIALS consists of seven programmes, all in a 30-minute format. The programmes can be combined to achieve a one-hour workout (mix and match) or the ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes can be offered separately as half-hour workouts.
ClubJoy SPECIALS is a complete package, which offers clubs and instructors optimal flexibility. The ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes cannot be purchased separately.
ClubJoy Pilates is a highly accessible workout with great music, where posture, body awareness and breathing are key. In a series of physical exercises that focus on breathing, you will work on your posture, coordination, strength, stability and flexibility. This core training is the basis for all other forms of movement. ClubJoy Pilates is a low-threshold workout that emphasises the effective and safe execution of the exercises, which is ideal for raising body awareness.
ClubJoy Booty is a group lesson during which you will work to tone your buttocks and legs via a variety of exercises, to the beat of the music. You will make use of different materials, such as loose plates, a resistance band and possibly a bar with weights. This will be an fun and exciting challenge for the lower parts of your body. Quarterly updates will give you something to look forward too.
ClubJoy Battle is a great martial arts workout supported by music that is rich in style contrast. Various techniques from martial arts including karate, kickboxing, kung fu and capoeira, make this workout the ultimate fighting experience. Dynamic kicking and punching techniques are alternated with heart-rate increasing elements and muscle strengthening exercises, with an emphasis on the legs. This workout is both physically and mentally engaging.
ClubJoy HIIT BARBELL
ClubJoy HIIT Barbell is a high intensity interval training of 30 minutes using barbells. You'll be challenged to push yourself just slightly further, every time. ClubJoy HIIT Barbell’s main focus is on compound exercises which engage several muscle groups simultaneously. The short sessions of high-intensity interval training make for a fantastic full-body workout. Your favourite instructor will coach and motivate you, to push yourself to the limit.
ClubJoy NRG is a challenging high intensity interval training. Stamina and strength are central here. Your fitness will be put to the test. Different options are offered during the lesson, so you can train at your own level.
ClubJoy DANCE PARTY
ClubJoy Dance Party is a group workout where burning calories equals fun. You will learn a variety of moves and combinations with an easy build-up. Everyone gets the chance to master them. During the lessons you dance at your own level switching from one dance style to another, including street, house and show. ClubJoy Dance Party is a dynamic class full of exciting and cool moves, and we're gonna make you sweat!
ClubJoy Step is a fun and challenging workout where you will be stepping on and off a height-adjustable bench. This programme offers quick results thanks to the high fat burning rate. You will work on the condition of your heart and lungs and on strengthening your buttocks and legs. These are natural results of stepping on a regular basis. The workout also gives plenty of attention to improving your coordination and upper body strength. Work on your physique and become fit, whilst being motivated by the music and inspiring coach.
