During a 30-minute ClubJoy Booty workout, you will set your sights on toning the thighs and, of course, the buttocks. A wide variety of surprising exercises, performed to compelling music, make for a great workout. Because you are very focused, you will quickly notice results. The strength in the legs and buttocks increases rapidly. During a ClubJoy Booty workout you will use different materials, such as loose plates, a resistance band and a mat. This ensures that the lower part of the body is challenged time and again.
Is ClubJoy Booty right for me?
ClubJoy Booty is suitable for anyone who wants to give extra attention to their leg and buttock muscles. This group training is accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level, and the exercises build up in intensity and difficulty. The wide variety of exercises and the energetic changes of the music make this training a real experience.
What does a ClubJoy Booty lesson look like?
During a ClubJoy Booty workout, you train the legs and buttocks completely round. The front, back, inside, and outside of the legs and the back and side of the buttocks. Nothing is skipped. A good warm-up is of course part of this, after which the intensity is gradually increased. The addition of training resistance ensures the ultimate blast in the upper legs and buttocks. Feel like getting your heart rate up in addition? Then be surprised by challenging plyometric elements. You are guaranteed to leave class with well-trained buttocks and legs.
ClubJoy Booty is part of the ClubJoy SPECIALS package
ClubJoy SPECIALS consists of seven programmes. ClubJoy NRG, ClubJoy Dance Party, ClubJoy Battle have a workout duration of 45 minutes. ClubJoy Booty, ClubJoy Step, ClubJoy Hiit Barbell and ClubJoy Pilates have a workout duration of 30 minutes. The programmes can be combined to achieve a one-hour workout (mix and match) or the ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes can be offered separately as workouts.
ClubJoy SPECIALS is a complete package, offering clubs and instructors a high degree of flexibility. The ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes can also be taken separately.
