ClubJoy places a great deal of importance on data privacy. We therefore want to inform you as clearly and transparently as possible about how we process your personal details. To comply with the most recent laws and regulations on the protection of personal data,
we have updated our privacy policy. Our updated privacy policy can be found in this document. We encourage you to read this privacy statement carefully. Among other things, we will explain how we process and protect your personal data.

When will your personal data be processed?
Your personal data will be processed in the following cases:
- You are using the services of ClubJoy;
- You have sent us your contact details via the contact form on the ClubJoy website;
- You have indicated that you would like to receive our newsletter and have provided personal data in that context.

What personal data is processed?
If you leave your data on one of our websites (www.clubjoy.nl, www.clubjoy.com, www.clubjoyconvention.nl or www.clubjoy.liveor via our ClubJoy instructor app, then ClubJoy may process the following data:

- Your company name;
- Your first and last name;
- Your address;
- Your telephone number;
- Your e-mail address.

Cookies
We use functional and non-functional cookies on our website. You can read about the purpose of these cookies, what they do, and how you can remove them from your device in our cookie statement. We recommend that you read our cookie statement carefully.

How long is your personal data kept
ClubJoy does not keep your data any longer than is strictly necessary for the purpose for which your data was collected. If there was no agreement made, your data will be stored for a period of one year.

Who manages your personal data?
ClubJoy BV is the controller of the personal data you provide to us and is therefore responsible for processing and protecting your personal data in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations governing the protection of personal data. Below you will find all the important company information:

Data storage location
The data we obtain from you will be stored on a server within the European Economic Area (EEA), but may also be stored and processed in a country outside the EEA. If such a data transfer takes place, it will always be in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Who has access to your data?
Your information may be shared within ClubJoy for the sole purpose of optimising our service to you.

ClubJoy also works with third parties. Your details will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of a contract with you, or when ClubJoy is legally obligated to share your details.

Alpha Distribution
To undertake distribution of the quarterly packages and promotional materials, ClubJoy works with distribution company Alpha Distribution, located at Dennenlaan 77, 2243 Zandhoven (Belgium). ClubJoy is required to share various personal details with
Alpha Distribution. This concerns the following data:
- Your company name;
- Address data;
- Which products you purchase.

DMG Creative
The livestream platform www.clubjoy.live is regularly used to stream ClubJoy events or workouts. This is a secure environment that can be accessed after registration. The necessary data that is processed after registration is:
- your first name;
- your surname;
- your e-mail address.

In order to keep the platform functional, ClubJoy works together with DMG Creative, located at Knolruskade 24, 3452 AW Vleuten.

Axians
In order to provide ClubJoy instructors with low-threshold teaching materials, ClubJoy has partnered with app developer Axians, located at Raoul Wallenbergplein 29a, 2404 ND Alphen aan den Rijn.

The data that is visible to Axians is limited to your e-mail address and (if applicable) your company name.

Wexer
ClubJoy offers various services and products for Virtual Fitness. To make this possible, ClubJoy works together with Wexer. Wexer receives the following personal information from us:
- Your company name;
- Your address details;
- An overview of the products you purchase from us.
ClubJoy will never pass on your details to third parties for marketing purposes (with the exception of cookies).

ClubJoy takes appropriate measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access, publication and unlawful processing. We ensure that only the necessary people have access to your information and that your personal data is protected, while our security measures are regularly checked.

Legal basis
If we process your personal data, you will receive a notification. We will always indicate the reason for this data processing. ClubJoy collects personal data when we are legally obliged to collect and process your data; when we need your data to finalise a contract (e.g. a licensing agreement or training agreement); or when you give ClubJoy permission to process your personal data.

Your rights
ClubJoy would like to inform you of your rights when you share your personal information with ClubJoy. You have the right to inspect your personal data, to request data portability, to make corrections, to request deletion, and to request restrictive use of your personal data, at all times. You can also object to the use of your personal data.

Access
You have the right to request information regarding the personal data we have in our possession at any time. If you wish to receive information regarding this, please contact us at info@clubjoy.nl.

Data portability
If ClubJoy processes your data on the basis of your consent, or on the basis of a contract finalised with you, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. ClubJoy can provide this information to you, or - if you wish - transfer it to another party. This only applies to the information you have provided to us.

Corrigendum
You have the right to have your personal data corrected if the details are found to be incorrect or incomplete.

Removal
At any time, you can request ClubJoy to delete personal information provided to ClubJoy. ClubJoy will delete your personal information at your request, with the following exceptions:
- ClubJoy is legally obliged to retain your details. ClubJoy will only process your details if, and for as long as it is legally obliged to do so.
- You have a current contract with ClubJoy.
- You have not yet paid one or more ClubJoy invoices;
- You are suspected of having abused our services in the past five years (e.g. using our teaching materials without purchasing the required licence(s)).

Objection - Legitimate interest You have the right to object to data processing on the basis of legitimate interest. In this case, ClubJoy will no longer process your data, unless ClubJoy can demonstrate on a legal basis that this data processing is more favourable than your personal interests and rights.

- Direct marketing
You have the right to object to direct marketing. If you no longer wish to receive direct marketing, please send an e-mail message to info@clubjoy.nl, stating that you do not wish to receive direct marketing (e.g. newsletters).
In addition, you can click on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of every newsletter you receive from us and follow the instructions to unsubscribe.

Restriction
You may request ClubJoy to restrict the processing of your personal data under the following circumstances:
- You object to your personal data being processed on the basis of a legitimate interest. ClubJoy will restrict the processing of personal data in such a case, until it is clear whether your interest outweighs the interests of ClubJoy in processing your data.
- ClubJoy no longer has a legal basis to use your personal data, but you want ClubJoy to keep your personal data, without using it.

Updates
This privacy statement may be updated from time to time in order to comply with relevant laws and regulations. The most recent version of this privacy statement will always be made available on our website www.clubjoy.com. If we change our privacy policy, we will always inform those concerned about these changes. Nevertheless, we advise you to consult our privacy policy from time to time.

How can you exercise your rights?
If you have any questions about the processing of your personal data, or if you wish to exercise a right accruing to you, please contact our office at info@clubjoy.nl or you can contact us by telephone at 010-7420107 (from Monday to Thursday from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm).

Complaints
If you believe that ClubJoy is not processing your personal details correctly, you can contact ClubJoy at any time. This does not affect your right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
