What does a ClubJoy HIIT Barbell class look like?
ClubJoy HIIT Barbell has a fixed structure. During the smooth warming-up you will mainly use your own body weight. After this, you will grab the barbell. Your heart rate will rise quickly. You do as many repetitions as you can at the fastest speed possible, and push yourself to the limit, while maintaining a good technique. After exhausting your muscles, it's time to challenge your athletic ability and let your heart rate drop a little. This gives you the boost you need to finish with a powerful peak. Tired, but very satisfied, you leave the battlefield victorious. The days following the workout you will feel renewed, fitter and stronger than ever.
ClubJoy HIIT Barbell is part of the ClubJoy SPECIALS package
ClubJoy SPECIALS consist of nine programs, presented in 30-minute formats. The programmes can be combined to form an hour long workout. (Mix and match). The ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes can also be offered separately, as half-hour workouts.
ClubJoy SPECIALS is a complete package, offering clubs and instructors a high degree of flexibility. The ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes cannot be purchased separately.
