Boxing and Thai boxing techniques are alternated with kicking, fast footwork, heart rate increasing elements and muscle strengthening exercises. What does a ClubJoy HIIT Fight class look like?
The coach, the music and the variety of the programme ensure an optimal workout every week. The ClubJoy HIIT Fight training is characterised by the alternation between powerful and fast punching techniques, fast foot movements, kicking techniques and heart rate increasing exercises. Simple techniques and combinations are taught and executed as fast as possible, while rest periods will provide much needed recovery. During the workout, we train the upper and lower body's strength and muscle endurance in addition. You can forget all your worries whilst preparing for that final knock-out round!
ClubJoy HIIT Fight is part of the ClubJoy SPECIALS package
ClubJoy SPECIALS consist of nine programs, presented in 30-minute formats. The programmes can be combined to form an hour long workout. (Mix and match). The ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes can also be offered separately, as half-hour workouts.
ClubJoy SPECIALS is a complete package, offering clubs and instructors a high degree of flexibility. The ClubJoy SPECIALS programmes cannot be purchased separately.
