Help! My question is not listed or I cannot find it.

We offer several options to help you with this:

Are you a club admin and can't figure it out?

Then contact us directly and we will be happy to help.

Are you an instructor and something is not working?

Then first see if anyone in the club can help you. Often your colleague is just as (or even better!) acquainted with how the app works and you can get on with it straight away.

If, after consultation with your colleague, it still does not work, please contact us at info@clubjoy.nl
